Rehab Management’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services help you to support the health and wellbeing of your workers, improve morale and increase productivity.
An EAP is a confidential, independent, early intervention counselling service for workers and their families. It helps them to identify and deal with issues that may be affecting their relationships, health or overall wellbeing and/or their work performance.
Counselling is available by phone or face-to-face, within business hours or 24 hours a day seven days a week. As family and relationship issues can have an enormous impact on your workers’ wellbeing, absenteeism and work performance, you can also include counselling for family members as part of your business’ EAP.
Counselling is provided by registered and clinical psychologists who are qualified to assist people experiencing depression or anxiety. They are also skilled and experienced in assisting individuals with a wide range of personal, family and work related issues.
Issues that individuals might seek counselling for:
- Family and relationship issues
- Depression and anxiety
- Self esteem and confidence issues
- Grief and loss
- Alcohol, drug and gambling problems
Our EAP services can also include the development of your internal EAP policies and procedures, critical incident debriefing services, promotions and awareness and tailored reports.
An established EAP is a clear demonstration of an employer's concern for the welfare of their workforce. Over time, an EAP can help improve productivity
