Marcella Romero, Managing Director
Marcella Romero is the founder and Managing Director of Rehab Management. A qualified occupational therapist with 15 years experience in the injury management field, Marcella has built Rehab Management from its New South Wales beginnings to a national company with offices across Australia.
Her absolute focus on consistently achieving sustainable return to work results at rates well above the industry average, on quality of work, customer service, and on legislative compliance, has secured Rehab Management's position as a leader in injury management for over a decade.
Marcella has grown the business from being a provider of occupational rehabilitation services to a company with four diverse, yet interconnecting, divisions offering training, psychology and specialist services. She has also expanded the business’ scope by developing specialist expertise across the range of insurance schemes and legislation including life insurance and compulsory third party schemes nationally. Most recently, she has successfully led the business as it entered a new arena, as part of DEEWRs Disability Employment National Panel of Assessors.
Rehab Management has gained a reputation as an employer of choice through Marcella’s strong focus on professional development and career progression for staff.
Marcella's business and client relationship management skills, significant consultancy experience and business acumen, coupled with her many years of hands on experience in delivering services to business, has and will continue to ensure Rehab Management’s success and growth.
Marcella has a Bachelor of Applied Science (OT), a Masters of Health Science (OT), a Graduate Certificate in Occupational Rehabilitation and is a qualified gym/aerobics instructor. She is a member of: the Australian Occupational Therapy Association, World Federation of Occupational Therapists, Association of Rehabilitation Providers in Private Sector and Occupational Therapy Private Practice and Past Council Director of the NSW Occupational Therapy Association.

Marcella and our consultants are supported by an experienced management team who, as qualifited professionals themselves, have hands-on experience delivering workplace rehabilitation services, as well as experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
All our managers are highly professional in their approach to their work and drive Rehab Management's service delivery through their committment to quality and customer service. They understand the commercial realities of running a business and are committed to providing innovative, tailored services that fit individual business needs and budgets.
