Rehab Management is approved by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) to provide assessment services as a member of its Disability Employment Services National Panel of Assessors.
Our assessments are performed by qualified, experienced allied health care professionals and rehabilitation counsellors. Assessments are designed to identify and remove barriers to employment for people with disability.
- Ongoing Support Assessments (OSA) - for people with disability where a Disability Employment Service Provider determines that they may need ongoing support in the workplace to retain their job
- Supported Wage Scheme assessments (SWS) - to assess the productivity of an employee with disability to so the worker and employer can agree a pay rate
- Workplace Modification Assessments - for people with disabilty to identify barriers to accessing or performing work and to recommend equipment, modifications and other support.
