We offer specialist assessments and intervention programs to help people overcome barriers to employment and support Employment Services Providers achieve full or employment pathway outcomes for job seekers. We also provide specialist assessment services to Job Capacity Assessors.
Our qualified staff can assist in establishing and/or achieving employment pathway outcomes for all job seekers including people with a disability, injury or a physical or mental illness. We are committed to providing high quality, cost-effective and efficient services tailored to the needs of DEEWR approved Employment Services Providers and job seekers.
We are also approved by DEEWR to perform a range of assessments as a member of their Disability Employment Services National Panel of Assessors.
Specialist Support Assessments
Our assessment services help to identify barriers to employment and recommend strategies to overcome them. Services include psychological, functional and vocational assessments.
Specialist Intervention Program
Our Specialist Intervention Program provides counselling and education to resolve barriers to employment. Our tailored approach builds capacity and aims to eliminate the specific barrier to achieve employment pathway goals and sustainable employment outcomes.
Counselling and education is provided on a range of issues which may be preventing a job seeker from entering or re-entering the workforce. This may include:
- Anger management
- Pain management
- Motivation, Goal Setting, Decision Making
- Self esteem
- Drugs and alcohol
- Stress Management
- Social Skills
Expected outcomes
These services aim to resolve barriers to employment and provide strategies to assist in the achievement of pre-agreed goals, including full and employment pathway outcomes.
