DESCRIPTION:The Group Emotional and Relationship Skills (GEARS) program is 
 a 12-week psychoeducation and skills-based course\, with sessions lasting 
 two hours each week. It is specifically designed for current and former mi
 litary and emergency service personnel.\n\nDeveloped and facilitated by li
 ved experience peers with service backgrounds\, this program aims to enhan
 ce mood regulation\, interpersonal communication and relationship skills t
 hrough the unique perspective of service life. The program is skills-based
 \, providing participants with essential knowledge and tools for self-help
