A program to help you understand your anger better
- Develop clear goals identified from the program.
- Learn how the components of anger interrelate and recognise individual triggers.
- Understand how emotions and cognitions impact anger.
- Develop skills and strategies to effectively manage your anger response.
- Build communication skills to increase effective communication and relationship dynamics.
- Develop a Personal Anger Management Plan.
Who can attend: Current and former serving ADF members, partners, adult children.
Open Arms also offer a 2 hour online introductory session to understanding and managing anger for individuals who may not yet feel ready for a full length program or group setting.
