DESCRIPTION:A 3-day\, hands on workshop\, designed to improve nutritional i
 ntake and educate on basic permaculture theories.\nThe 'Paddock to Plate' 
 is a 3-day Permaculture (organic gardening) and nutrition workshop for Vet
 erans. Delivered in the Sunshine Coast hinterland\, at Yandina Community G
 ardens\, supported by RSL Queensland.\nThe workshop is a Veteran led progr
 am\, designed by Veterans for Veterans &amp\; is 100% free\, thanks to our
  sponsor RSL Queensland.\nIt aims to support Veterans living with both men
 tal and physical health challenges relating to their military service. Cur
 rent and ex-serving members of the Australian Defence Force are eligible t
 o attend\, regardless of health status. Limited spots are also available f
 or carers of veterans\, as well as overseas veterans\, upon request.\nThe 
 focus of the program is to provide veterans with the knowledge and skills\
 , using permaculture principles and clinical nutrition\, to design and imp
 lement sustainable growing systems in their own home\, as well as make inf
 ormed dietary choices to improve their general well-being.\nLunch included
