Our focus on innovation starts at the top with a dedicated Innovations team including specialist external consultants, actively led by our CEO Marcella Romero. Our concentrated effort on innovation has spanned over 10 years and has resulted in multiple awards since 2014.
From our services and programs, through to the valuable tools we offer our clients, innovation is at the forefront of everything we do. We even use it to improve our reporting capability. This is because we have, and continue to, work closely with our valued customers to truly understand their needs.
Our cutting-edge digital solutions deliver a continuum of care from preventative through to supporting individuals who have been injured, or are living with ill health or a disability. This ensures we can always provide assistance with proven results.
For those living in remote areas, our technology can also significantly improve the efficiency and convenience of our service by reducing travel time and providing greater accessibility to our consultants and allied health specialists.

Amelio Health Pain Management Program
The Amelio Health Pain Management Program is an innovative, online integrated health coaching program that aims to support individuals with persistent pain. Developed by the Amelio Health team and delivered by the Rehab Management specialist allied health staff, this 8-week evidence-based pain management education and coaching program involves weekly lessons in a mobile-friendly format with clinician support and round the clock virtual access to a team of Amelio Health coaches.
On completion of the program, participants can expect improved outcome measures on pain self-efficacy, a new perspective on their beliefs about their pain, and ultimately an enhanced quality of life.
Customer Experience
Continuous improvement and exceeding the expectations of our customers is a number one priority for the Rehab Management team. We aim to achieve this by regularly emailing and telephone surveying our customers and ensuring we are always looking for areas to improve. We listen and we take action. We follow a robust process to ensure customer experience is central to our service delivery and capture a range of customer engagement metrics at multiple levels of the business.
