The Position

We currently require an experienced Business Support Consultant to work within our Allied Health team. You will provide administrative support to our Consultants, Team leaders and Area Manager. Your key areas of responsibility include writing progress reports, arranging appointments and general administration duties.
  
Essential Criteria

  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Case Manager)
  • Advanced level MS Excel skills including formulas, functions and pivot tables
  • Demonstrated experience in document editing and formatting
  • Superior planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of a changing environment
  • Self-motivated and with a high level of personal organisation.  

Desirable Criteria

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Medical admin experience desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
