The opportunity

A great opportunity for a motivated and well organised individual to join our Compliance & Quality Assurance team on a Permanent Fulltime to deliver a high-quality services standards, continuous improvement and contract compliance across our Group Organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance & Compliance, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Complete customer and framework performance audits
  • Complete monthly internal auditing to comply with policies and procedures
  • Compile weekly and monthly internal reporting to management to monitor performance
  • Measure, analyse and report on performance as required
  • Set up and maintain QA forms, policies, procedures and manuals
  • Assist in the management of complaints and customer feedback
  • Maintaining various internal compliance registers, such as incidents, workplace inspections, first aid, fire evacuation, WHS, Policies and Procedures, Bulletins, operational documents, and feedback registers
  • Monitoring compliance of OH&S activities throughout the organisation to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Support the development and preparation of QA Presentations
  • Assist with site audit preparation activities
  • Provide training and coaching to Managers and staff
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement project groups.

About you

  • Demonstrated previous experience in a similar quality/compliance role
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience with external audits (ISO 9001)
  • Understanding of the principles of quality management and systems
  • Experience documenting business process flows, procedures, forms
  • High level Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ability to work pro-actively, autonomously and multi-task to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Cert IV in Quality Assurance or Internal Auditor qualification (desirable)
  • Previous experience within the rehabilitation industry (desirable)
