About the role

To be successful, you will need to be highly motivated, work in a collaborative style, be target orientated, ability to manage several tasks at once, love a challenge and enjoy working in a dynamic, fun, fast paced environment.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assessing a client’s individual needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to enable a sustainable return to work, independence, or regular activities
  • Delivery of health coaching services, education, and support using a variety of mediums
  • Monitoring of an online triage platform for both physical and psychological health
  • Co-ordinate, promote and deliver on-site nutritional, physical and mental wellness activities
  • Delivery of health and wellbeing seminars
  • Program reporting and administration
  • Drive program participation and ensure health outcomes are achieved
  • Case Management & report writing

About you

To be successful, you will need to be highly motivated, work in a collaborative style, be target orientated, ability to manage several tasks at once, love a challenge and enjoy working in a dynamic, fun, fast paced environment.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Successfully builds and maintains long-lasting partnerships with clients
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
  • A passion for health and well-being, injury prevention, and assisting people recover or return to work 
  • The ability  to work in a team environment and autonomously 
  • A current Australian driver’s licence
