Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Rehab Management’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) helps you to support the health and wellbeing of your employees, improve morale, minimise workplace absenteeism and increase productivity.
EAP sessions are a confidential, independent, early intervention counselling service for employees.
The confidential program helps employees identify and deal with issues that may be affecting their relationships, health, overall wellbeing, and work performance. EAP also helps to identify and implement key self-management strategies and/or link in with local community support and treatment services for ongoing management.
