Ayden has been an Accredited Exercise Physiologist since 2014, holding a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology (Professional Honours) and an MBA. He began his career in private practice and not-for-profit chronic condition management before transitioning to occupational rehabilitation in 2016 as a Rehabilitation Consultant in Tasmania. Ayden now oversees operations in ACT, TAS, NT, and WA. During his MBA, Ayden conducted research on factors impacting return-to-work outcomes in occupational rehabilitation. In 2023, he was awarded “Excellence in an Individual’s Contribution to Injury Management” by WorkSafe Tasmania. Ayden has served as a guest lecturer at UTAS, developed course content, and is a member of the Course Advisory Committee for UTAS’s Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science degrees. He is the current Tasmanian President and national council member of the Australian Rehabilitation Provider Association (ARPA) and a member of the ESSA TAS Committee and ESSA National Exercise Physiology Working Group.

Claudia is an Occupational Therapist by background and has been in the Occupational Rehabilitation Industry since 2017. Claudia has a passion for working closely with her customer to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved and that all stakeholders have a positive experience as part of the service. Claudia works closely with our whole Victorian team and is all about continuous improvement. Claudia has recently completed courses in Contract Management, Coaching and Mentoring and Managing People Effectively.

Daniel joined Rehab Management as an Experienced specialist in Comprehensive Third Party (CTP) claims with a background having worked with an insurer in both Workers Compensation and CTP. Daniel has over 11 years experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in Private Hospital rehabilitation, private practice and within the personal insurance space with an insurer for over 6 years as an Injury Management Advisor in Workers Compensation and CTP, as well as a Strategic Specialist in CTP prior to joining Rehab Management. In his role as Client Relations Manager for CTP, Daniel is responsible for service delivery, operational management, strategic reviews and engagement with both internal and external parties on the CTP account.

Jamieson Lewis is the Western Australia Area Manager. Jamieson has more than 10 years’ experience in workplace rehabilitation and is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist having graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Exercise Physiology) from Murdoch University in 2015. Jamieson is an experienced people leader passionate about empowering the lives of others through leading teams to excellence in the field of vocational rehabilitation and injury management, particularly within the WA Workers Compensation framework. In his role as Area Manager, Jamieson is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operational management in WA, inclusive of service delivery, quality assurance, and customer management.

Kara is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over a decade of clinical experience and five years in workplace rehabilitation. She holds a Bachelor of Human Movement Science with a focus on Occupational Health & Safety from Central Queensland University and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology with a specialisation in rehabilitation from Charles Sturt University. As the Area Manager for the Northern Territory, Kara oversees a broad portfolio across extensive rural and remote regions. She leads a dedicated team of consultants known for their exceptional, client-centred approach, ensuring outstanding outcomes for their clients.
