Our Services and Assessments
The road to recovery following an accident at work is not always a smooth one. At Rehab Management, we have a range of solutions provided by our team of consultants based in the ACT that provide assistance to employees looking to return to work.
We do this by offering bespoke programs based on industry guidelines and clinical frameworks that help ensure a cost-effective and timely solution for the injured individual and their extended support team.
We will appoint one of our experienced rehabilitation consultants to assist an injured worker and their extended support team (which may include treatment providers, doctors, employer and insurer).
Our consultant will conduct targeted assessments to create a plan and set goals for the individual looking to return to work. These may include one or more of the following:
- Initial needs
- Early intervention
- Functional capacity
- Ergonomic
- Job task analysis
- Vocational
- Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
We also offer individual services and comprehensive programs to assist the individual in finding new employment where appropriate. This might include job search skills training, developing networks with employers, and can include recommendations to potential employers.
Understanding how claims schemes are run in each state is mandatory to our business’s success and our team of consultants based locally have a comprehensive understanding of the requirements within the ACT (local ACT NPS score is 51.5*)
We offer a similar service in other states and territories. If you are based outside ACT, click here.
