Our Services and Assessments

The road to recovery following an accident at work is not always a smooth one. At Rehab Management, we have a range of solutions provided by our team of consultants based in the Northern Territory that provide assistance to employees looking to return to work.

We will appoint one of our experienced rehabilitation consultants to assist an injured worker and their extended support team (which may include treatment providers, doctors, employer and insurer).

Our consultant will conduct targeted assessments to create a plan and set goals for the individual looking to return to work. These may include one or more of the following:

  • Initial needs
  • Early intervention
  • Functional capacity
  • Ergonomic
  • Job task analysis
  • Vocational
  • Activities of Daily Living (ADL)

We also offer individual services and comprehensive programs to assist the individual in finding new employment where appropriate. This might include job search skills training, developing networks with employers, and can include recommendations to potential employers.

Understanding how claims schemes are run in each state is mandatory to our business’s success and our team of consultants based in NT have a comprehensive understanding of the Territory’s requirements.

We offer a similar service in other states and territories. If you are based outside NT, click here.

“Prior to engaging the services of Rehab Management in the NT, the business engaged several other providers. Some were small local entities and others had broader and far reaching footprints. In summary, we’d sampled the marketplace for suitable service providers trialling service experientially. Rehab Management, via the consultancy delivered by our rehab consultant, exceeded expectations. Our rehab consultant has set herself and Rehab Management apart from their peers. She has delivered consistently. Resultantly, Rehab Management in my opinion would be a worthy preferred provider to any organisation in the NT.”

Employer (NT)

“Some of our councils’ communities lay 450-700kms from any major centre. When you think of the limitations this distance has in relation to treatment for our injured workers, Rehab Management have a way of making the process for the employer and the worker unproblematic. I find Rehab Management to be organised, easily contactable, reliable, flexible and most importantly dedicated to getting our injured workers back to pre-injury duties in a timely manner. I don’t hesitate to recommend Rehab Management to other councils in the territory.”

Employer (NT)

“Working with the Rehab Management team in the NT, I have found them be highly responsive, accountable, good communicators and efficient. They’re always willing to go the extra mile to ensure employers and clients reach their desired goals. We choose to allocate particularly complex files to Rehab Management as we know they ensure a clinically-based approach to all cases, identifying complex barriers, applying the right service and expertise and enabling a holistic and informed outcome. I have received feedback from a client who recently started utilising the services of Rehab Management stating they were extremely happy with their pro-activity and drive to achieve great outcomes on their complex claims.”
