What our team love about their jobs

Valentine’s Day is a special time in the year to celebrate love in all its forms. At Rehab Management, we believe that passion and dedication are at the heart of everything we do.

This Valentine’s Day, we’re excited to highlight some of our dedicated team members and asked them to share what they love most about their roles. Hear from them first-hand:

Hannah Bird – Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

What Hannah loves: This role has allowed me to have a deep understanding of the impact of disability and health conditions on people’s lives, and the importance of work in achieving a sense of inclusion, independence, and self-esteem.

It allows me to work in a biopsychosocial framework to create meaningful and sustainable change in people’s lives and work with people across the span of their injury.

Adjacent to this, I also get to utilise so many additional skills including case management, stakeholder engagement, injury prevention, and vocational counselling/assessment. Not to mention the wonderful people I get to work with every day!

Ray Nawaz – Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

What Ray loves: I love my role for its flexibility, the fulfilment of helping people, the rewarding nature of the work, the enjoyable culture, and the support of my team!

Sophie Gollan – Rehabilitation Consultant (OT)

What Sophie Loves: I get to visit a variety of locations, and I feel I am constantly rewarded within my role whether it involves a client achieving a final certificate or receiving approval for complex ADL recommendations.

At Rehab Management, we are proud of our dedicated team and the passion they bring to their work. We commend and celebrate the love our employees have for their work and the incredible impact they make in the lives of our clients all year round!

If you are passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a supportive and dynamic environment, consider joining our team by getting in contact today!
