The Rehab Management Story

Rehab Management is part of The Arriba Group, a family of companies that has been created to give people their best opportunity in life. The group was founded in 1998 by Marcella Romero, a strategic, passionate and innovative leader who expanded a one-woman home office to three successful enterprises: Rehab Management, AimBig Employment and LiveBig.

Rehab Management manages a substantial portfolio, working with some of Australia’s largest organisations, including Australia’s top insurers, large Federal and State government departments and other key agencies including the Department of Veteran Affairs.

The company has over 250 diverse employees across 45 offices, all working to deliver quality services to clients.

Founder, Marcella, attributes the Group’s success to a strong focus on people and innovation.

“I think it is really important to treat people well and invest heavily in them. I do not want to just tick a box in this regard. I believe in strong family values and I want my employees to feel like they can take time for the important moments in life, like a child’s swimming carnival,” says Marcella. “Because of my beginnings, I also want to encourage everyone to give back to our community. That is why we provide four extra days of leave a year ‘You Days’, to spend with family and friends and a specific volunteering leave day. Efforts like these make people feel good about working where they do. This is reflected in Rehab Management’s outstanding Staff engagement results, which in 2020 was 86%.”

Our Leaders

Behind the scenes, our dedicated leadership team supports our wider business and encourages an approachable, respectful, and collaborative experience from all our staff.
