- 12-month Same Employer (SE) RTW Rate* for our Comcare Agencies of 92% (Comcare average is 60%)
- A preferred provider to the ACT Government with 12-month SE RTW* results 97% (Comcare average is 60%), Redeployment 75%* and return to work durability 100%*
- 12-month Comcare Delegate NPS is 54 **

Occupational Rehabilitation and Associated Medical Services (ORAMS)
Since November 2016, Rehab Management has been included as a provider on the Occupational Rehabilitation and Medical Services (ORAMS) Panel and have a strong market share of over 30% ORAMS referrals, being one of only 18 approved providers.
This means we provide early intervention and rehabilitation services nationally to over 36 Government departments utilising the Panel’s services.
Our Approach To Rehabilitation
Rehab Management is a people-first company, so we will always ensure the best outcome for you and your employees. Under the Comcare scheme, we can assist an individual following either an injury, or with an existing health condition, whether it is linked to their place of work or not.
Our program typically adheres to the following steps:
- An initial rehabilitation assessment
- Identification of biopsychosocial barriers and the appropriate supports, workplace and/or modifications where appropriate to minimise their impact on a successful recovery and return to work
- Design and implement a tailored stay-at-work or Return to Work (RTW) plan in collaboration with valuable stakeholders such as the Manager and Nominated Treating Team
