- Introduction (1 hr): Initial functional screening and creation of a report outlining baseline measures such as strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, and any specific areas of concern or limitations. - Program Development (1 hr): Developing an overall upgrading program and setting specific goals based on assessment results and individual objectives. Workplace Assessment - Psychological
A Workplace Assessment Psychological evaluates an injured worker’s pre-injury workplace and work environment in relation to their psychological injury, identifying appropriate work duties and developing a return-to-work (RTW) plan.
Who is it for?
This service is ideal for:
- Insurance Agents: Requested at the start of the rehabilitation process to support the employer and worker in identifying safe and sustainable duties, enabling a prompt and durable graded return to pre-injury duties.
What it involves:
- Onsite Assessment: Conducted with the worker and employer present.
