About This Role

Lead and empower a multidisciplinary Cccupational Rehab team delivering complex case management to support injured workers' return to work.

Position Details
Role Title: Team Leader
Location: Toowong, Brisbane
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-5:00pm
Reporting to: Area Manager

About the Role
In this role, you’ll lead a team of 4–6 consultants while managing a small caseload and delivering client‑focused, purpose‑driven services. You’ll collaborate with employers, insurers, and health professionals to support optimal recovery outcomes, spend time in workplaces to enable safe return‑to‑work plans, educate employers on injury prevention, and provide clear, evidence‑based reporting that drives meaningful results.

The requirements:  

  • Qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteo or Nurse
  • Registered with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Full working rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Experience Managing Junior Consultants
  • Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
