Rehabilitation Consultant – OT, EP, Physio

Overview

• $10,000 regional allowance on top of your base salary & bonuses
• Tertiary Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
• Occupational Rehabilitation experience required

About This Role

Facilitate the return to work process for injured workers, case manage complex files while liaising with multiple stakeholders & workplace visits.

About You

• AHPRA or ESSA registration
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
• Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation, Injury Management or Workplace Rehabilitation
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and report writing skills

The Role

• Manage a diverse occupational rehabilitation caseload to achieve quality return-to-work outcomes
• Provide clinical opinions and recommendations through high-quality report writing
• Conduct workplace assessments and collaborate with employers to support safe and sustainable return-to-work plans
• Educate employers on injury management, workplace rehabilitation and injury prevention strategies
• Build strong relationships with treating health professionals, employers, insurers and key stakeholders to drive positive client outcomes
