Lakes Entrance RSL invite veterans, and their immediate family members to experience an hour of ‘Vinyasa Style’ Yoga. All levels of experience are welcome to attend. Yoga mats can be provided to attendees but please arrive 15min early to complete a health questionnaire.
When: 11.00am-12.00pm every Saturday
