Location: Melbourne CBD
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-5:00pm

The Role
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health professionals
- Champion a positive, collaborative team culture
- Drive quality assurance and strategic improvements
- Support growth targets and business planning with the Area Manager
- Manage performance and meet key financial, customer, and quality metric
- Blend clinical insight with operational excellence to deliver top-tier services

The Requirements:
- Qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Osteopathy
- Registered with AHPRA OR ESSA
- Full Australian work rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
- Experience mentoring junior consultants
- Prior work experience in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting
