About This Role

Facilitating the return to work process for injured workers, case managing complex files while liaising with multiple stakeholders & workplace visits.

Please note although this position is fully remote (Full work from home), the successful candidate must be based in Bendigo or surrounding areas to complete in person worksite visits. 

Position Details
Role Title: Rehabilitation Consultant
Location: Bendigo, Work from Home
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-5:00pm
Reporting to: Team Leader, Area Manager

About the Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will facilitate the return-to-work process for injured workers by managing complex cases, liaising with multiple stakeholders, conducting workplace visits, and delivering high‑quality, client‑centred services in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The requirements:  

  • Qualified Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
  • AHPRA or ESSA registration
  • Full working rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
