Guide injured workers back to work through complex case management, workplace visits & collaboration with employers, insurers and health professionals

Position Details 
Role Title: Rehabilitation Consultant 
Location: Deakin, ACT 
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-5:00pm 
Reporting to: Team Leader, Area Manager 

About the Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will facilitate end‑to‑end return to work programs for injured workers, proactively managing complex cases through workplace assessments, tailored rehabilitation strategies and close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Building strong partnerships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to support client recovery.
  • Visiting a variety of workplaces to understand job demands and support safe, sustainable return‑to‑work plans.
  • Educating employers with practical strategies to prevent injuries and promote safer workplaces.
  • Providing clear, evidence‑based reports that inform next steps and drive meaningful outcomes.

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology 
  • Registered with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA
  • Full working rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
