Role Title: Senior Rehabilitation Consultant 
Location: Perth, Western Australia
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-5:00pm permanent full time role
 
About the Role
As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you’ll bring your experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry to support injured workers through their recovery journey, helping them achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

  • Conduct workplace assessments to identify barriers and develop tailored return-to-work plans
  • Build strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers and medical professionals to drive positive outcomes
  • Deliver workplace interventions and suitable duties programs that support recovery and successful return-to-work outcomes
  • Monitor client progress, provide recommendations and prepare high-quality reports to support sustainable recovery outcomes

The requirements:  

  • Tertiary Qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology 
  • Registered with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA
  • Full Australian working rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Previous Occupational Rehabilitation experience OR strong clinical experience
