Facilitating the return to work process for injured workers, case managing complex files while liaising with multiple stakeholders & workplace visits.

Position Details
Role Title: Senior Rehabilitation Consultant or Team Leader
Location: World Square, Sydney
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-5:00pm
Reporting to: Area Manager

About the Role
As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will facilitate the return-to-work process for injured workers by managing complex cases, liaising with multiple stakeholders, conducting workplace visits. Delivering high‑quality, client‑centred services in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. 

As a Team Leader you’ll lead a team of 4–6 consultants while managing a small caseload and delivering client‑focused, purpose‑driven services.

The requirements:  

  • Qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology or Social Work
  • Registered with ASORC or AASW
  • Full working rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Experience in Occupational Rehab
