About This Role

Lead and empower a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health professionals who support injured workers to return to work by managing complex cases.

Position Details
Role Title: Senior Rehabilitation Consultant or Team Leader
Location: Town Hall, Sydney
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-5:00pm
Reporting to: Area Manager

About the Role
In this role, you’ll lead a team of 4–6 consultants while managing a small caseload and delivering client‑focused, purpose‑driven services. You’ll collaborate with employers, insurers, and health professionals to support optimal recovery outcomes, spend time in workplaces to enable safe return‑to‑work plans, educate employers on injury prevention, and provide clear, evidence‑based reporting that drives meaningful results

The requirements:  

  • Qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology or Social Work
  • Registered with ASORC or AASW
  • Full working rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Experience in Occupational Rehab
  • Experience Managing Junior Consultants
