What is long COVID?

Long Covid is when a person has recovered from COVID-19 but is still experiencing certain symptoms (World Health Organization). The acute phase of COVID-19 infection can last up to 2 weeks, but beyond that, someone potentially has a post-acute illness, or what is now called long Covid.

Rehab Management, has been working closely with their customers to research the ongoing impacts of long COVID, particularly from a return-to-work perspective. A Long COVID Research report produced late last year outline some of the challenges employees face in returning to work.
