Victoria - Workers' Compensation
Rehab Management is proud to be an authorised provider of return to work (RTW) rehabilitation services to WorkSafe Victoria via our local team of consultants since 2000.
As a provider of evidence-based, outcome-orientated RTW services, we ensure that the recovery pathway for an injured worker is a seamless and efficient one. Our strong local track record (WorkSafe 3 STAR OES, 2 STAR NES) has been built by taking a person-centric approach to our services; considering also biopsychosocial factors which might impact a person’s journey to recovery.
Our 9 office locations mean that our geographical footprint is one of the largest in the state with services specialising, but not limited to, Aged Care, Mining, Manufacturing and Retail industries.

Our Services and Assessments
The road to recovery following an accident at work is not always a smooth one. At Rehab Management, we have a range of solutions provided by our team of consultants based in Victoria that provide assistance to employees looking to return to work via Original Employment Services (OES) and New Employment Services (NES).
We will appoint one of our experienced rehabilitation consultants to assist an injured worker and their extended support team (which may include treatment providers, doctors, employer and insurer).
Our consultant will conduct targeted assessments to create a plan and set goals for the individual looking to return to work. These may include one or more of the following:
- Initial needs
- Early intervention
- Functional capacity
- Job task analysis
- Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
Through New Employment services (NES) we offer comprehensive programs to assist individuals in finding new employment where appropriate. This might include job search skills training, developing networks with employers, and can include recommendations to potential employers.
We offer a similar service in other states and territories. If you are based outside VIC, click here.
