About This Role
Lead and empower a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health professionals who support injured workers to return to work by managing complex cases.
Position Details
Role Title: Team Leader
Location: Milton, Brisbane
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-5:00pm
Reporting to: Area Manager
About the Role
Lead a team of 4–6 consultants while managing a small caseload and delivering client‑focused rehabilitation outcomes through strong stakeholder collaboration and workplace engagement.

The requirements:
- Qualified in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- AHPRA or ESSA registration
- Full working rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
- Experience Managing Junior Consultants
- Experience in Occupational Rehab
