VIRTUAL: Monthly Mindfulness With Kate (ADST) with Virtual Classes

VIRTUAL Monthly Mindfulness with Kate is a chance to catch up, un-wind and touch in. During these 90 minute sessions we will begin with gentle embodied yoga, followed a guided mindfulness meditation (in any position). We will explore a different trauma-based topic each month and have a chance for an optional check in for those that want to connect or share. This is a community style gathering where you can expect to feel refreshed, make friends, and deepen your understanding of yoga, trauma and mindfulness
