ALUCA Connect22 Conference Wrap Up
Rehab Management attended the ALUCA (Australasian Life Underwriting and Claims Association) Connect22 Conference at the Gold Coast Royal Pines resort on 19-21 May. The conference addressed a range of customer-focused hot topics in the industry from enhancing customer experience to innovation and advances in research and treatment for cancer.
Our team of Brennan Smith (QLD/TAS/ACT Group State Manager) and Amlan Sharma (Client Relations Manager) represented Rehab Management at a booth showcasing the valuable products and services we have to offer nationally to the life insurance industry. There was great engagement at the booth with over 100 delegates interacting with the team. Rehab Management’s innovative services and national coverage, especially in rural and regional areas received particular attention and praise.
They spent time at the conference connecting with industry leaders and exhibiting some of Rehab Management’s innovative services such as the StepUpToday and CheckInToday programs. The conference was an opportunity to engage other industry professionals in conversation and help work in partnership to deliver excellence to customers.
Amlan Sharma said of the event “Brennan & I attended sessions on advancements in medical treatments affecting mental health and chronic pain conditions, how the life insurance is transforming more towards automation in the underwriting and claims space and the new advancements in digital health technologies being introduced into the life insurance industry.
