Happy Men’s Health Week from us at Rehab Management

It’s time to mark your calendars because from June 12th to 18th, Men’s Health Week is here to remind us to prioritise our well-being. And guess what? We, the awesome team at Rehab Management, are all about supporting you on this journey!

Men’s Health Week is celebrated worldwide, and here in Australia, we’ve got the Centre for Male Health at Western Sydney University, in partnership with the Australian Men’s Health Forum, overseeing the action. This year, the theme is “Healthy Habits,” and we’re ready to rock it!

To kick things off, the Australian Men’s Health Forum has released a brand-new Know Your Man Facts toolkit on Exercise + Men’s Health. It’s packed with useful info, including tailor-made presentations, speaker notes, and eye-catching social media graphics. You can share this knowledge through all your favorite channels and spread the word like wildfire!

But wait, there’s more! Lunchtime talks are on the menu during Men’s Health Week. It’s your chance to grab a bite and soak up some wisdom at the same time. Men’s Health Connected is hosting these talks, and they’ll cover five essential themes: Eat, Sleep, Drink, Move, and Connect. They’ll dish out top tips on food and health, shed light on the importance of sleep, delve into the impact of alcohol on men’s health, reveal fascinating facts about exercise and men’s health, and emphasise the power of mateship.

So, get ready to learn, engage, and take action during Men’s Health Week 2023. It’s all about adopting healthy habits and making positive changes that will benefit you in the long run. Together, let’s eat well, drink responsibly, get moving, and connect with our mates because we know that a healthy man is a happy man!
