In lead up to the National Comcare Conference we would like to put a spotlight on two team members from Rehab Management’s corporate team Dominik Nalecz and Camilla Griffin.

Camilla is a Physiotherapist by background with extensive experience in injury management, WHS, claims performance enhancement and service delivery. Camilla leads our National Client Relations Team and works with our Corporate Workers Compensation customers.

Camilla’s customers describe her as an “engaging individual” who “always delivers to a high standard” and “is true to her word”. Camilla sees herself as an extension of her customers business and actively seeks to support them in optimising health outcomes and mitigating future risk through turning ideas into action.

Dominik is an Exercise Physiologist by background and is passionate about simplifying the return to work process for employees and employers. Dom’s approach to occupational rehabilitation is focused on supporting a worker’s active involvement throughout the rehabilitation process and keeping stakeholder accountable.

Dom looks after the Business Development space for Rehab Management and focuses on understanding employer’s needs, identifying effective injury prevention and early-intervention strategies, and providing a robust account management experience. Dom’s customers describe being ‘at ease doing business with him’ and highlight his commitment to ‘taking the time to understand business needs and providing appropriate and valuable solutions’.

Together Dom and Camilla focus on developing synergies with customers and ensure Rehab Management provide effective and high value, end-to-end injury prevention, early-intervention, return to work, and corporate health and wellbeing products. Dom and Camilla embody Arriba Group’s people-passionate and customer-focused values and strive to make each customer’s experience one to remember.
